NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that life happens. We all lead busy lives and have a ton of things going on at the same time. However, when you make an appointment with our establishment- that time is allotted specifically for you or your child. If you are unable to make this appointment we ask for a courtesy call to cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 24 hour period and within an 8 hour period for unforeseen emergencies. If you do not cancel we reserve the right to assess a 25.00 NO SHOW fee. It is not the money we seek, but had we known that you could not make the appointment we could have scheduled a massage or went out for a cup of coffee or we could have scheduled another client eagerly waiting to start speech therapy. We thank you for your understanding and ask that you sign that you understand this policy.
